It is never too late to have a fresh start and to start enjoying your life a lot more. There is so much to see and do, and you have every right to be happy and healthy right now. Here are the fundamentals of being healthy and happy.

Diet and Food

Look at your diet and watch what you are eating, and try to ensure that you get a healthy and balanced intake. Cut down on the alcohol and caffeine, and take control of your weight once and for all. Try to learn to forgive people and move on with your life, as everyone makes mistakes. Holding on to grudges and resentment will do nothing for your mental wellbeing so let it go as soon as you can. Cherish memories of family, friends, and loved ones and try and spend as much quality time as you can with people who make you feel good, positive, and happy. You cannot buy time back at a later date, so savor and enjoy as much as you can, where you can.
